Sports Physicals

Sports physicals are now available at the Watertown Regional Medical Center's Occupational Health clinic. These physical exams are often required by the state, school, or sports organization the child will be participating in.

Why does my child need a sports physical?

In addition to being required by the organization, sports physicals help to ensure that an athlete can safely play in their chosen sport or activity. They serve an important role in minimizing the risk of injury to athletes by ensuring they are physically capable of participating.

What is the cost?

$65 out-of-pocket expense - due at time of appointment

What is included?

  • Paperwork needed for submitting to the school or sports organization
  • Review of medical history in addition to assessing general health
  • Exams of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems

How do I schedule?

Call 920.262.4253 to schedule! Appointments are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
