Please note that some physicians and ancillary providers at Watertown Regional Medical Center are not employees of the hospital. As a result, your hospital bill will not include charges for your personal physician, surgeon, anesthetist, pathologist, radiologist, emergency room physician, or other consultants. You will receive separate bills from these independent providers.

For your convenience you may pay your bill online. Our “Online Business Office” is simple, secure and available to you anytime you need it. For full access to your account, enroll in our “Online Business Office.” If you’re just looking to pay your bill, choose to pay without enrolling.

Pay In-person

If you’d like to pay your bill in-person, the Patient Financial Counselor’s Office is located just behind Registration, outside of the Watertown Regional Medical Center Hospital lobby. The PFC can help you pay your bill and answer any questions you may have.
